L’Aquilone Cosmico - New Tim Key Print

Tim Key visited Naples and captured his jaunt in verse. One of his poems depicts Key having a genial drink with a Maradona bust, which Juniper has designed as print for your wall.

In this double-sided artwork, Key's words are set in a three-colour screen print and each embossed, stamped, initialled and numbered in the “Utter” & Press studio. The back of the print features the poem with a black line drawing that details the cut, fold and curl lines to assemble a three-dimensional mask.

Both sides of this design have the poem set within them. This way can you can display the coloured side or the line drawing.

The black is laser-printed so the text is clear, and the sandstone base, marbled grey flecks and green tones are hand-mixed and printed in Cornwall.

Due to the hand-finished nature of this artwork some variations in colour may occur.

The paper is 225gsm Context Birch and the finished print is 29cm wide by 44cm high. 

The print will be carefully wrapped and rolled into a triangular or cylindrical postage tube.

This is a very limited run though more may follow.
