Terms & Conditions

We use a third party, CBL Distribution to fulfil your book order. Orders placed by 12pm will usually be processed within 2 working days and dispatched according to the service you select. 

In the case of pre-order, please check the publishing date. Pre-order secures your copy of the book, but its delivery will be dependant on the publishing (or re-stocking) date. 

At higher peeks of demand, or public holidays please allow more time.

Stock that comes from the studio (currently the LP) - will be processed as quickly as possible, but during crazy busy times (like new book launches) we can't guarantee dispatch times. 

We will offer a refund for items returned in tip-top condition. The refund will be limited to the full purchase price, but will not cover the postage.

We will deal with any issues you have on a case by case basis as best we can. We are a tiny operation and we go as fast as we can!

These T&Cs will undoubtably evolve as we grow and change at such a pace these days.
